Privacy policy

1. By submitting any request for the provision of products or services via an online form, the user confirms that they are familiar with the terms of personal data protection, that they agree with their wording and that they accept them in full.
2. The Provider is the controller of users’ personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “GDPR”). The Provider undertakes to process personal data in accordance with legal regulations, in particular the GDPR.
3. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
4. When submitting forms, the personal data necessary for successful processing is required (name and address, contact details, location of the property). The purpose of processing personal data is to provide the data needed for the free service of calculating and listing the material required for the roof covering, or to provide relevant answers to various questions, as well as to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Provider and the User. A further purpose of processing personal data is sending commercial communications and carrying out other marketing activities. The legal basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, compliance with a legal obligation of the controller under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and the legitimate interest of the Provider under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The Provider’s legitimate interest is the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
5. The Provider stores the user’s personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Provider and the user and to assert claims arising from these contractual relationships. Once this period has expired, the data will be erased. All personal data is processed in a lawful and transparent manner, and only adequate, relevant and necessary data in relation to the purpose of processing is required.
6. The user has the right to request from the Provider access to their personal data under Article 15 GDPR, rectification of personal data under Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR. The user has the right to erasure of personal data under Article 17(1)(a) and (c) to (f) GDPR. The user also has the right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR and the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR.
7. The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) if they believe that their right to personal data protection has been infringed.
8. The user is not obliged to provide personal data. However, the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for:
   • the provision of the free service, i.e. the calculation and listing of material consumption
   • sending an offer or a price calculation
   • providing answers to a question raised by the user

Without the provision of personal data, the Provider is unable to carry out the actions mentioned above.

The Provider does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

Final provisions

The user agrees to these terms by ticking the consent box in the online form. By ticking the consent box, the user declares that they have read these terms, that they agree with them and that they accept them in full.

The Provider is entitled to amend these terms. The Provider is obliged to publish the new version of the terms on its website without undue delay.
